Well they do have 3 Lombardi's under Jerra...I mean I ain't trying to defend the guy, but, outside of Robert Kraft and the late Pat Bolen, no other team owners for the past 3 decades can say as much
jack Kent Cooke won 3 in DC.

And the Hunts, natch...

And Jerra hasn't won three in the past three decades either... just one
Damnit, yes the Hunts. And yep, I did fuzzy math to include the EARLY nineties, even though to be truthful i should've stated 35 years, not the 3 decades that I had stated

#1 because that's all he is is fast
#2... well, #1 really kinda covers it.. he's got speed, no size, no strength, no vision, no instincts
he,s the fastest Dallas back I,ve seen in 51 years watching the NFL.in the 70s,we got about all the games from NFL east teams in Bassett.why I still hate the Cardinals.

vaughan is little but fast.why not run I'm some?

If Dowdle/Vaughn/ whoever else couldn't carve into an ineffective Pollard's snaps I don't think they're very good RBs in the NFL

Dueve Vaughn, didn't run the 40 at the combine. Self reported, never verified, 4.44 forty time allegedly at his pro day. Some suspect its a 4.5+, but let's give him the 4.44 for the sake of argument

For perspective- Zeke, 4.47

It's widely accepted that Herschel Walker ran a 4.23, and he claims to still be able to run 4.3 at 50+

Dorsett was 4.3ish at the end of his career
His 99.5 yards run easily verified that he was very fast, he did not need 5 stiff arms like Henry did. Certainly did not have the timing or the testing available that we do now

DeMarco Murray 4.41.

Darren McFadden 4.33

Vaughn certainly appears lightning fast, and yes he is fast, but quick.little guys are like objects in the review mirror, they aren't entirely what they appear to be.

Outside of Bo Jackson and maybe Marcus Allen, no RB has 'LOOKED' faster on the feild than Walker and Dorestt.

Not sure which Cowboys games you watched for 51 years?

So Darrel Green, widely considered the fastest man to ever play in the NFL, because he caught a Dorsett, Dorsett isn't fast?

And don't forget, you set the parameters of 'Dallas back'... obviously Bullet Bob Hayes is probably the fastest cowboy ever.. maybe Deion

Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said the team would use “two or three [running backs], whatever it takes” in 2024.
McCarthy noted the rise of split backfields in the modern NFL and said the Cowboys — who last season had the league’s fourth highest pass rate over expected — would divvy up backfield touches among Ezekiel Elliott, Rico Dowdle, and a yet-to-be-named third running back. Royce Freeman would be the likeliest third option behind Elliott and Dowdle. Zeke would be the odds-on favorite to get goal line work, though Dowdle could split the pass-catching role going into the regular season.

And today's' Captain Obvious blurb of the day' award goes to ^^^^

Yeah, he noted the rise of split backfields in the modern NFL

He should also have noted that he doesn't have any other choice. ;)
