He starts off okay by pointing out that Ehrhoff is a solid D man with a great contract.

Then he just loses his mind and says that the Jackets are going to trade Cam Atkinson and Brandon Dubinski for Ryan Kesler. Or Anisimov and Atkinson for Kesler. After he states that the Jackets need to move 1 for 1 and Kesler is often injured.

He also says that Gaborik is definitely going to go after listing about 8 reasons why he shouldn't.

@VanCanucks do not trade Kesler. It will kill the team. If it has to be done, at least get Crosby or Ovechkin.

There's plenty of reasons I don't think Kesler-Pens works, that being one of them. I don't think they're good trade partners. There's no one the Pens can afford to give up in that trade that will replace anything near Kesler's offensive output. That said, Sutter is a dang good player, but he's not similar to Kesler in too many ways.

i didnt directly compare them as players ... Im talking about that type of trade ... a 29 year old player for a player with upside that could surpass ... basically, Im saying the canucks need to win a trade for a change which I know is a tough ask

Unless Minny is only giving like a 5th rounder, it makes no sense. Better options out there. Marty is a legend but, no longer elite.

Yeah, I get what you're saying - I just don't know if there's anybody on the Pens that fits that bill though. Brandon Sutter is a nice player, but he is what he is, a 3rd line center.
