gibbs was,nt ever a head coach when he came to washington.as long has it,s an offensive minded coach with common football sense,i,ll be happy.

Just off the top of my head Demeco Ryan and Sean McDermitt are doing okay. HC is more of a CEO, good coordinators are very important.
