And we know Mac can as well. We have seen it. But shitty O line play, and WRs that cannot get seperation are IMO the real issue. Now BB is trying to address this, he O line draft this year show's he is making the effort, and I believe some of those guys will pan out, we need a legit OT which IMO needs to be priority one. And we need to find someone that can assess WRs and find us one or two dudes with good hands that can get seperation

I know Mac can throw the ball. His short/medium distance accuracy "was" great. His deep ball needed more zip when he had time to throw it accurately.

With no time, it's one or the other. If he puts his all into it to throw it downfield, it's not accurate. If he takes his time to throw it accurately, sack or fumble.

Sure, and there is enough blame to go around, and Mac does make some shitty decisions. As it stands now, there is no way I see picking up his fifth-year options which means we may be drafting a QB this year. When you need an OT, QB, WRs it's hard to have a successful draft. Fortunately, I understand we have a lot of cap space next year so some of that may be addressed in FA

I know I'm likely just dreaming here but maybe just maybe Malik Cunningham gets a shot and proves himself worthy. The Pats elevated him from the PS today and signed him to a 3 year deal. They see something more than just a gadget player???

This season is lost anyway. I'd like to see the kid get a shot.

With each snap, Mac’s value goes down more. Get rid of him soon before he’s worth nothing. Sure there are other problems, but he is really bad. One good long pass all season does get him off the hook. How many easy passes has he missed?

Patriots are now fielding calls about the availabilty of Uche, Dugger, Owenu and Bourne before the deadline. All will be free agents at the end of the season and will pull in good draft picks. All but Bourne will demand big paychecks and if BB is still around,will not want to resign with this losing team..

He has not had 9 turnovers for TDs in 5 games. So there is that. He can at least run as well. I wouldnt want him but anything is a step up from Jones at this point. Pats have extra picks. I doubt the Pats want him either. He is not a Bellchick type player.

That's just luck of the draw.
If Michael Jordan had played for Boston i would not have preferred a Danny Ainge shirt. Bird was The Man. Parrish was not.
Brady was the man.
Wilfork was 100% top of his game. For his position at the time.
