One time we had a tournament and we all drew numbers and got teams ranked between like 10-22... and I got stuck with Cal who was without a doubt the worst ranked team in the game that year. What you are talking about sounds awful too.

I spent probably a total of 6-10 hours working on my playbook. When people are like, oh lets just play a game, I have to play with my playbook because I literally have no idea which playbook to use.

Damn I miss making playbooks in Madden now. Used to get some truly bizarre formations out there.

I absolutely think players should be paid. I was as an honors student. Players probably put more work in and a similar value to the university than I did as an honors student.

It recognizes the FWAA MNC that year even though the FWAA vacated the title for USC and demanded the trophy be returned.
It also recognizes that * Southern California’s participation in the 2004 championship was vacated by the NCAA Committee on Infractions.

The NCAA lists USC as CHAMPIONS for 2004, not just participants.

Also, USC additionally won the AP NC in 2003, not just the FWAA.

Again, the NCAA is the official body governing the sport, and they list USC as champions both years. Case closed.

I realize it should be irrelevant, but I’m telling you guys that federal money will find a way to push their noses into it. There will be plenty of wailing from women’s sports coaches and athletes about what’s fair. Get ready for it. Believe it or not it doesn’t matter.

Don't see how. It allows all athletes to keep the rights to their image, regardless of gender or sport and the money isn't coming from the schools.

The best Women's basketball player at a school, may not be able to get the same money as the starting quarterback. But neither is the best male water polo player.

I would say that Texas is more relevant now than in the last 5+ years, but not a crazy amount.

I was moreso referencing the money that flows through Texas with all the oil money down there and if SMU and the whole history of the Southwest Conference is any indicator... they are more than willing to pay players.

If they are they ain't getting their money's worth. Except for SMU and Baylor. They probably are...but the rest of the schools in the state ain't. And they ain't getting their money's worth in what they are paying the coaches either. JMO

Did 11 seasons.

Only had one undefeated season. Never did get a BCS Bowl.

No, I think it was right when the AAC was formed. Rutgers and Maryland are in the wrong conferences but Nebraska, Mizzou, and A&M are all in their correct conference.

My issue with taking a non-BCS school, like for instance Nevada and trying to build them up into a power which say I moved them into a BCS conference after a few years was the major aesthetic flaws in the game. If I moved Nevada to the PAC-12 their uniforms would still have the Mountain West logo on them, etc.

I would hope the new game will feature the ability to upgrade facilities, maybe even be able to actually add seats to stadiums, etc. Like if your school had a horseshoe shaped stadium you could close it up into a full bowl stadium, or add an extra deck.

My guess is the earliest we see a new game is July 2020?
