Wouldn't hate seeing the Seahawks get him if they don't have to give up too many of the assets they just got trading Wilson.

But they'd have to make sure they have a good OC and Pete needs to stay out of the offenses way like he did at USC.

It might be best at this point. From what has been said, the local press (which kind of coddled him the first few years, have turned on him (unfairly, imo) and that's getting the fans to turn on him.

I thought that days ago but now I highly doubt it. Imagine him coming back knowing they pursued Watson and other QB's hard. There is a reason they are shopping him now, trying to get compensation before he either bolts next season and lose him for nothing. It's the only reason Keenum has not been cut by now, he was the easiest cut on the team.

It's a hit or miss but I can tell you this much, most do not want Watson. Replace him? Sure, but a lot have been saying that for over a year but for another QB not named Watson and then you have some that just want a clear upgrade at QB.

Watson brings that risk of future off the field issues (and a looming suspension), but on the field is an ideal acquisition IMO.
