Then quit trying to put this anywhere but where it belongs...on AB. This is 100% on AB...especially now that Arians says AB never said anything about his ankle and considering that AB didn't look to have a problem with his ankle as he left.

I've heard several former players talk about this morning...not one has put this on anyone but AB.

You expected Arians to come out and say "yeah he mentioned his ankle injury to me but i didn't care so i asked for him to get back in the game"

Who knows what true but i wouldn't expect Arians to tell us that even if it is true. He might be out of an job today had he admitted to that

It was a little jog. Lets not act like he was running full speed routes on his way to the locker room
lol

A little jog. He was jumping and down and practically skipping in the end zone. He didn't even have a slight limp when he was walking.

A slight limp...:pound:

You expected AB to say "Yeah, I just lost my shit".

The one with the reason lie is AB.

What do you think happened?

Same question for you @thunderc

You two can't think it was the incentives thing since arians wanted him back in the game and you also don't seem to think AB was hurt so what really went down?

There is no excuse for what AB did.

There is no excuse for what Kevin Porter Jr. did.

Both of those guys have mental health issues.

That's not an excuse.

But, it is a reason.

I dunno what Arians allegedly said or did.

But, we can't control what others do, we can only control how we react to it.

With that being said, Brown should never be allowed to play pro football again.

There has to be a line.

He's crossed it several times.

What do you think happened?

It looks like Arians asked AB to go back into the game twice and AB refused twice. He was already on his absolute final chance and Arians was done with the distraction and told him to get out. Whether he meant get out, you're off the team...or get away from me, we don't know. But we know how AB reacted.

I think AB then did what AB does and when he didn't get the reaction he thought he deserved, he came up with "my ankle was sore". If it comes out that Arians lied about AB, he would lose the locker room.

I'm sure you aren't the only one to feel that way.

He's Dennis Rodman.

Some put up with his shit because it resulted in wins.

* Chiago, Detroit *

Some didn't because it just wasn't worth it anymore.

* Spurs, Lakers*

Looks like the Bucks, Raiders decided it wasn't worth it.

Mostly agree with this. I won't go as far as to say that he shouldn't be allowed to play in the NFL again.

But I agree with what I heard this morning (I believe from Warren Moon) that playing in the NFL is a privilege, not a right. Imo, for AB to return to the NFL, he should have to earn it. He shouldn't be allowed back just because some team needs a WR and he's a talented one.

And what common sense, and some like myself, are saying is that there is a lot more to this. Did he first get pissed about thinking he wasn’t getting enough snaps and THEN decide he was hurt? Guarantee you it’s something like that and the organization has ample evidence to do what they did.

I am sure there is more to it. And we will learn a lot more in the coming days.

All I am saying is it is easy to give all the blame to AB. But just because he acted like an ass doesn’t mean that everyone else was completely innocent in the roles that they played.

I've taken my shots at AB plenty in the past, but no more. Mental illness is nothing to be joking about. Hope he gets the help he needs.

It's easy just to pile on AB dues to his previous actions.

Is Ian Rapoport a credible guy?

Only asking because of what was posted in comment # 10666.

I never said it was incentives or he was hurt, both were reported by some. Look, I’m just siding with known professionals here. Brady being one of them if you really look at what he said.

I think so. He is reporting both perspectives.

This again though, looks pretty bad for Arians and the Bucs.

Because why did they even bring him back after the vaccine thing? Especially if their frustrations with him were “boiling over”.

It is a no win situation.

As soon as the player does something to piss off the coach, no matter how big or small, he is going to respond emotionally as it seems like Arians did. Just a matter of time.

Pretty hypocritical of the Bucs to place the blame on AB for all of this. You reap what you sow. And if Arians is expecting a seriously troubled AB to be a “good soldier” then he shouldn’t have ever had him back on the roster.

AB is never going to be a good soldier. But damn if he can’t produce when he is on the field.

Mecca’s Rodman analogy was perfect.

I’m not a watcher of the daily screaming at each other shows, but I seriously wonder if even one person has taken this viewpoint? I have yet to read anything where anyone was going after Arians in any way.

So what if they don’t?

Doesn’t make me wrong.

I am a teacher in public school. I have to deal with some horribly behaved kids every day. You learn pretty quick in my position that calling out an emotionally disturbed student in front of everybody is never going to end well.

That is essentially what Arians did.
