I used to feel that way until I got into it. The low scoring adds to the excitement. But most of all not having five hundred commercials.

There are no commercials except at half-time

It's going to become an even bigger sport here. It attracts the low attention span kids way more than baseball.

A generation from now baseball will be the lesser sport imo.

And i say this as a pretty big baseball fan..

I do understand why it's the most popular sport in the world. All you need to play it is a ball. So folks even in the world's poorest countries can play it...

The lack of commercials is amazing as far as low scoring adding more excitement I agree to a point, 0-0 draws can be a draaaaaaag.

I guess......but if, say, I'm UM and just won at OSU I'm not sure I'd like the idea of having to beat them again to win the conference.

What do you think of Fickell taking the Wisconsin job?

That's a big part of why I don't like CG games. The team that lost the first game usually wins the 2nd one. So, UM loses the B1G title because they lost the wrong game.

But with divisions that wont happen. sure, speaking of the BIG, could get a year with a Purdue coming out of the West but often Iowa and Wisconsin could at least put up a fight. Even if they didn't, possible no one from the East would have put up a fight with OSU those years either?

All that said, might need to do something when USC/UCLA join. could be as simple as adding them to West and moving a team to the East.

Bad option this season but this has happened in the past when there were a number of SEC West teams better than the top team in the East.

Likely Clemson has faced off in the ACC against teams no better than Purdue (or those middling SEC East teams)

Baseball I can at least watch if I care who wins. Soccer? Mad respect for them as a really tough sport to play and of course hope USA wins but unless on wherever I am I likely wont tune in.
