OSU Michigan has delivered so far in the first half. Back and forth.

That sucked for sure. While stakes much higher that was a lot like watching the Browns. TD first drive. Looked like they were dominating first half, but game closer than should have been. They take the lead and game goes off the rails at end.

Outcoached in this one for sure.....but also a ton of credit to the UM players who played their asses off and did not let early adversity get to them.

Guess OSU has a chance still if things fall our way but no one to blame but ourselves if/when we don't make the CFP.

Clemson wasn’t even a factor here. OSU needs TCU or USC to lose. They also need to not have LSU beat Georgia.

Very hard to get into the playoff when you get your doors blown off at home in your last contest before the selection.

OSU would have been better off running out the clock and losing by 1-2 scores.

For USC, it depends on what LSU does. If they beat Georgia, their wins over Bama and Georgia will negate USC's wins over UCLA, the Domers and Washington or Oregon.

I don’t know about that. Only 2 loss team I would project being above would be LSU and only because they would be a conference champion of arguably the toughest conference.

They do have talent.....with a month or so to prepare they could get it together. Then again, maybe they don't but we could also hang 40+ on our opponent if we made it.

will say stroud needs to improve in some areas. Accuracy tremendous but seems to hold ball too long and wont take easy runs when they are there.

wonder how they see their losses? OSU's was by more though was close game until nearly the end. Bama had 2 close losses. OSU seems to have the better wins over ND and PSU. Not sure Bama will have beaten any ranked teams....though I guess they could fix that by putting a 4 loss team in there.

Haha, not saying this is you but for years I was told the OSU ND Fiesta Bowl from 2005 ish was a beat down because ND was down 27-20 with 2:45 to go and got caught in a zero coverage take it to the house 65 yard TD run for a 34-20 final.

I’m calling it a beat down because Michigan outscored OSU 28-3 in the 2nd half. I mean take away one of the big long runs and instead project one single time consuming drive that results in 7 instead of the 2 big plays and it’s still a 21-3 2H. The reason I have no problem saying beat down is because OSU is at home and their offense which is supposed to be lights out only managed a FG in biggest half of the season. Michigan dominated that second half in every way and left no doubt.

Would love to see ND pull off the miracle. I just don’t trust the ND QB play. I put it at 30-35% chance ND can win. The QB has to make plays. The ND run offense has to keep the USC offense off the field. ND has to win the turnover margin. Usually if a team gets 2 out of 3 or even 1 out of those 3 they can win a game. ND tonight needs all 3. That USC offense is scary. Magic number is 28. If ND can hold them to 28 they have a chance.
