Maybe not a Phillie, but probably not a Dodger. Wants to move back East. Dodgers need to spend big at SS this winter (Bogaerts, Correa, Swanson?). Turner is 2nd only to Judge in WAR among expected upcoming FA. Maybe a WS win changes his mind?

True.....1996, 1999 and 2007 were prob. the best teams since the 1995 team.

That 1999 team still has the most runs scored for a team in a season in modern baseball history----- since 1950

2017 team was pretty good, too. For sure better than 2016 considering injuries in 2016 to the pitchers.
