Not that this means much but with the talent that is coming soon I see this as probably the end of Navarro with the Pirate organization.

No one abhors DUI more than I do. However, I think sychmd is asking the right questions, in his quote below. If Navarro's DUI is an aberration, I'd be inclined to give him another chance. On the other hand, if he has a chronic problem with drinking, he should be released (IMO).

No reason not to give him a second chance, hes not good enough to give a 3rd chance though.
