I know it won't happen. But when a team is rumored to be looking at signing a 5th CB, AND draft one...you wonder why.

Could be Hall is not expected back as soon as though, though all reports are he's right on schedule...or could be something else. Maybe, if you allow yourself to think outside the box, they think that one of the CB's could play safety.

It's a conversation. Whether it is a real chance or just speculations, it's interesting to wonder why the Bengals are signing/following all these CB's.

Too bad some people on here can't just enjoy having a conversation for conversation's sake.

Nothing wrong with a conversation just for the heck of. And I took no less part in it than anyone else. But when that conversation devolves to a naysayer being called "stubborn" for not considering the "possibility" after he points out an inherent flaw in an argument, the natural progression (or digression in this case) of said conversation is to question the true "possibility" of it happening.

That's as easy as 1+1. And that's exactly what happened.

Here's an idea though, make a good argument and respond to all the pointed out flaws without accusing someone of alterior reasoning for not agreeing with you. Conversations last much longer that way.

On Doug's behalf, sorry you had to waste your time with that rant.

What flaw did you point out? You simply expressed a different opinion, and you could no more prove yours than I could mine. You also took an aggressive and personal tone, something which I think many here would agree that you do frequently.....we can poll the board, though, if you like......
