Heck Yes manSo next is the NFC/AFC drafts?
On a side note, if you've been married for 25 years and wanna make sure the Mrs. is in the mood, spend 5-6 hours of your day off redoing your deck. Seems to work wonders...

How about for the upcoming NFL, we each pick a 22 man NFC, then a 22 man AFC, then each GM combines his two teams into a 44 man squad and lists his starters and subs....
That's right, pick the NFC, then the AFC, 22 only, no add or drop, then combine, list starters and voteHonestly, I like this... So, no voting after each draft? We wait until everyone has drafted two teams and made their best 22 man team then vote?

That's interesting, first thought was no, but I don't know why not. @Nosferatu?Can you trade a player drafted in the nfc round for an afc pick?
I think you can only trade in one draft or the other, no AFC/NFC trades.HMMMM
I agree with this...I think you can only trade in one draft or the other, no AFC/NFC trades.
I suggested this in the AL chat thread, but I think it got buried with Ritz's painkiller comments.
A way to handle the draft positions in the AFC/NFC draft. NOS randomly generates a list. Then, we pick our spots using that order for the AFC (or whichever is first). Then, reverse the original order and pick our spots for the 2nd one.
To clarify, let's say Nos posts the order and it's the same as the NL draft order. I would then pick my spot (let's say I want the #4 pick), then Nos would pick his, then Hockey, then Ritz, and so on. Then, for the other one, 500 would get his choice of where he wants to pick, then WLK, and so on.
Any interest in a non sports draft?
Rock band. This can be edited, but I was thinking you draft a singer, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass guitar, drummer, and maybe 1 or 2 "flex" positions (horns section, songwriter, DJ?, or maybe double up on one of the other positions) and put together the best band you can.
I know voting will be tough with people's tastes in music being different, but hey, isn't that what's fun about these things? I would also think you need a common goal for this. I would think something "unsubjective" like projected ticket sales or something. That way, Ritz could draft all 5 Backstreet Boys and not be ridiculed for it, since there are tons of 16 year old girls who would love that tour.
