Paolo, I admire those that are strong in their beliefs. But foolhardy and stubborn stances like yours regarding the approach that Wade AND more importantly the entire coaching staff is taking, is similar to those of failing businesses and there stubbornness to adapt to the market.

If you think we can make another go with a hobbled Wade against this Pacers squad then I have beachfront property to sell you in Montana when you have a spare minute. It's clearly outlined that Wade's recovery time is 6 months and he's been playing far sooner than that. You say if he's injured then he needs to sit. What do you think he's doing? The staff (that you often defend) prefers that he rests. This is the plan. The basketball season is a game of chess, not checkers. Franchises and players' careers (more specifically Lebron and Wade) are not defined in December; but are defined in the playoffs. Give me a healthy squad against the Pacers any day. But an injured Wade that we've seen in the last 2 playoffs, then I think we've run out our luck.

More like a coach that wont settle for crap and will work hard and have his players work hard at all times no matter what.

This is why his team has made comeback in this game and taken the lead. His team playing hard all the way through while the Heat get complacent.
