Say what you want about Riley not doing well in the draft. But Richardson has been pretty damn efficient. Especially considering he was a mid-2nd round pick.

The Heat may have sealed this one.

So lets talk it up. Of the remaining talent pool - who would you like the Heat to go after to fill the next roster spot?

Honestly, I think 3-point shooting is starting to shore up if we get Bosh back. Our reliable 3-point shooters would be:

Richardson
Johnson
Bosh

I think at this juncture we'd need to get a decent PF/C that can provide us with some defense and rebounding that would be able to play with a small lineup.

Lead up to 23. Paolo, I think it's safe to say that this one is sealed. Much needed win.

Hey bk, you wanted your list of adjustments and reasons for this turnaround -- Here it is: in no particular order

Luol Deng

Goran Dragic

J- Rich

Team defense

Not fouling or getting called for bogus fouls like they were in the first half

All that crying about Hassan not starting the game/half and not coming in when people desire -- out the window - like it or not, Spo and the staff know when to do what they do and turn it around.

Crazy the turnaround that Richardson made in a few months. He looked like garbage a few months ago. Either he really put in work or the d-league stint helped him with his confidence

All of the above. Plus that great coaching staff as always.

In seriousness -- the D-League stint might be the winner. I said it when he wasn't playing much and at times struggling - along with Winslow - In the past we have seen the Heat send their youngsters down for PT, demotion or whatever and they haven't responded well while down their or when they have made their way back.

J-Rich is different. His make up as a player is much stronger and better than some of those other guys in the past -- As would be the case for Winslow if he had been sent down when he was struggling or if he were to at some point before seasons end for some reason.

Both are young but very capable players and of high character -- They would know how to make the best out of being sent down. It tells you the steals those guys have been for us and will be as both their games develop

Unfortunately I think the Canes could be out of the ACC tourney after tonight -- its been a struggle all season vs UVA

For all the fucking pussy ass bitching about Hassan not starting and all that crap -- a constant has been that he has been one of our more productive bench players since placed in that role. J-Rich and some others have their share of good games here and there , but Hassan is always consistent. We didn't get shit from the bench early on -- Hassan came along late and provided us with something off the bench.

Amare starting is going to hurt us in the playoffs. You can't constantly come out flat in each half which is the case when Amare starts. Against the better teams we may get down double digits in the first 5 to 6 minutes when Amare is on the floor. My issue is not Hassan production off the bench as he's been amazing. The issue is how flat the starters are and how bad we are defensively with Amare on the court
