Even if you consider it a barren wasteland there's no reason not to celebrate the people that have you moments to cheer about before your team started to win titles. The Tom Brady's of the world aren't the only ones worth being celebrated. You seem like someone who became a fan after the success began.

Not true, my man. I remember being a fan of a team that was 1-15 and blacked out in its home market. I lived through a LOT of lean years before they got good.

Off-topic, but I watched the Seahawks game the other night in primetime(parts of it anyway). I was surprised to see how often Russell Wilson was getting hit. I'll admit I don't watch a lot of Seahawks games, but is he always taking so many shots?
