When in The Black Panther movie coming out? I heard 2017, but far as I know. They haven't found anyone to play BP. Scratch that. Chadwick Boseman is BP I guess. Good choice. maybe we will see BP in 2017......I'll believe it when I see it though.
He is making his debut in Cival War next month. BP has been all over the trailers. It has not been hidden.

As for his solo-flick, July 6, 2018.

Not as much of a fan of DD2 as DD1, but still better than anything on network tv.

I hated the first Capt America movie with Evans. I thought Captain America: Winter Soldier was excellent, though. It was a good movie, not just a good superhero movie. A lot of the crew remained the same for Civil War, so I'm optimistic that it'll be very good.

I must've missed those trailers he's been all over, but I did see him in IM's clique right before the rumble in the Civil War previews. July 6th, 2018 eh. Sounds cool. Right before m Bday. I remember when BP was coming out in 2017 for sure though. So I'll believe it when I see the BP previews. It is progress that they finally have someone playing the role though.

Boseman has been attacked for quite some time now. Not sure where all your pecimism on this movie is coming from.

Is Black Panther typically older? Everyone in contention for the role seemed to be in the 37-47 range.

Except for the Star Wars dude whose way younger.

Forgive my ignorance. But who is a main rival for Punisher as I feel he will be a DD regular now that he doesn't get his own. Kingpin is a DD main baddie. Something Punisher and DD can team up against.

Kingpin is a pretty big villian for all 3 of DD, punisher and Spider-Man. It the comics Spidey and DD definitely team up.

S3 is gonna have Kingpin out of prison and Bullseye will be brought into the action. I'd bet big on that.

During the casting, maybe they considered going with his father. Black Panther is kinda like the Phantom in that it is a job that is handed down from generation to generation.

A couple more episodes down of Jessica Jones as I'm now a little over half way done with the season. Kilgrave is definitely my favorite character in this, even though he's a prick. Not sure if it's because I dislike the Jessica Jones character, because David Tennant is killing it as Kilgrave or both.

Kilgrave was brilliant. He is so dangerous. And also mentally fragile.

The way he was presented was brilliant. You really could understand how a guy with his ability would end up with the personality he has.

Quite possibly the greatest villain ever on a TV show (over-statement, I am sure).

Overstatement. I don't know when a TV show. I liked Heath Ledgers' Joker, but that was a movie. TV show he is probably up there near 1. Right now (me being 32 and don't know older TV shows), but he was incredible as a villain.

Absolutely. Very dangerous but also very vulnerable at the same time.

He's definitely up there. I have actually been rooting for him the whole series, even though he's a prick, just because he's more entertaining and Jessica Jones isn't the least bit likeable. You can definitely understand why he is the way he is with the way his parents screwed him up as a kid. I think if Jessica wasn't so enamored with trying to bring him down and/or kill him, she definitely could've helped him start doing good because he seemed to enjoy the change, albeit for however brief it was for.

Just finished watching Cap's Winter Soldier and Age of Ultron. I gotta say both were very enjoyable movies imo.

So far as scoreboard goes......

Cartoons both movie/tv shows - DC rules. I'm still pissed they discontinued Young Justice and Green Lantern.

TV shows - DC rules though I do like Agents of SHIELD.

Major motion pictures - Marvel does mob in this category.

Never got into Dr Strange as a kid, but that was an interesting preview. Who was he black dude? He looked more ninja than mystical.

Baron Mordo played by Chiwetel Ejiofor. He's one of Strange's main villains

Cool. I had to go back and watch it again though once you told me it was Chi. I didn't even realize it the first time, he's a fave of mine. The preview was even better the 2nd time around and they got some heavy hitters far as who's in the movie including the actor who gives the best ever Hannibal Lector portrayal in Miks Mikkelsen. After doing a little recon it doesn't seem like Chi will necessarily be a villain in the movie.

Wonder if the giant with the flame head (saw him in a Spiderman or Avengers cartoon featuring Dr Strange) makes an appearance.

They are apparently introducing a new Night Nurse, as well. Why? Rosario Dawson is a big enough name to pull it off in the movies as well. Or are the actually going to have multiple Night Nurses?

Yeah my guess is Mads Mikkelsen is the main villain for this, with Mordo scheming and emerging as another near the end.

I don't think Dormammu is in this, unless they really change the character and Mikkelson is him. I would think they'd go more of the Thanos route with him as a big villain in the background and not blow their load on him in the first film.
