Since the start of last season, Howie Kendrick is hitting .395 in at-bats ending with a fastball up in the zone or higher, including .389 this season. Chris Young is throwing his fastball 75 percent of the time this year, and 47 percent of his fastballs are up in the zone.

I think that puts to rest the Romero platoon batting 2nd when there's a lefty. Saunders should be in there batting 2nd whether it's a righty, lefty or a hybrid switch pitcher lol

Hopefully this means Lloyd stops messing around with Romero in the 2 hole and keeps Saunders there. Need to stop over managing and put your best lineup out there. All 6 hits vs Skaggs so far are from lefty batters.
