The A’s are receiving a ton of interest in Montas and Manaea. Interested teams had hoped there’d be a deal by now but there’s just a lot to consider. Both have understandably high price tags, esp Montas, not a free agent until after next year. NYY MInn CWS KC STL many more in.

Phillies agree to deal with Kyle Schwarber​

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- The Phillies got the big bat they needed in left field.
Two sources said on Wednesday that the Phillies and Kyle Schwarber have reached an agreement on a contract, pending a physical. MLB.com learned the deal is four years and $79 million.
