Should be a good season, no doubt. We seem to have improved areas of weakness. I still can't wrap my head around Lions & Super Bowl being a synonymous thought, even though we were that close last year.

Joint practice with Giants tomorrow & Tuesday. Then game on Thursday.

Also Mosely out for the season again. He is done. Release him and bring him back as coach but definitely need to free up that spot. His playing career is most likely over.

Think Campbell will get those dumb decisions out of his system in preseason, like that challenge?

I forgot how much I hated them moving Houston to LB. All last season I was waiting for him to come back from injury opposite Hutch. Then all this offseason I was picturing him being back at DE providing some pressure. But nope, they'd rather have him looking kind of lost at LB.

I do understand that there is a point where you need to show your team you believe in them and expect them to get the job done. That stated there is a rather large difference between calculated risks and being stupid. If I were a Lions fan I'd take exception to a lot of those decisions. At the same time, he has the team playing hard and believing in themselves and the coaches, so I guess the trade off is probably worth it.

Yes, Campbell has them headed in the right direction, they play their asses off for him. Some of those decisions just make me wonder about his actual game situation awareness. Plus, when you're an actual good team, you can't have a coach taking away your opportunities to win.

Sudfeld didn't look so good. I saw the Giants were in man several times where there was no separation, but doesn't he trust anybody on the field to go get a 50/50 ball?

I honestly tuned in only because I want to watch some football and Pats/Panthers backups sounds like slamming your dick in a door multiple times kind of painful. So I thought I'd get to see the Lions and when you mentioned Hooker I thought I'd get to see if he is progressing into something. It's preseason and I wasn't expecting much other that guys competing. So I'll watch the 2nd half and hope I get some guys fighting for a job competing their butts off. I don't think that's asking too much.

I know I am not supposed to post in here, but Lions kicker is done for the year and Bates is averaging 5 misses a practice. Going for it on 4th when they need to find their kicker is next level fucking stupid.
