So McBain gets his 2nd goal on the PP but the whistle blew because of a high stick penalty on Vanek.

I didn't see it, but they keep showing the replay at the Arena, and everyone can see what a bad call it was.

How does Vanek get a high-sticking penalty when Carle was the one who lifted his stick? Not only that, but his stick didn't make contact with Carle.

Why do I get the feeling Tampa will score with less than 2 minutes left in the game to get the W?

Off to OT, both teams get a point, but the Sabres should be walking away right now with the W & 2 points.

Yep, that figures. Tampa scores in the OT and wins the game. Sabres get a point but still are looking for their first win.

1 point isn't a total loss tho, it's not a win but at least the Sabres got something out of the effort. There were many positives Sabre fans could draw from this game.

The game went from the Sabres being up 3-1 to being tied 2-2 right after the BS call on vanek for high sticking.

The Sabres should have won in regulation with 2 points while Tampa got nothing.


I'm sure the Sabres are happy they got 1 point from a game they should have had 2.

I got to see the last few minutes of the third and the OT. SHIT! Oh well, we knew it was going to be a long season. Damn they were talking about that penalty on Vanek and said it was BS.

I hope all is well guy's !! ....................Other than the Sabres.
