Nope. Pacers took them 7 in 13. I don't think they much trouble making the 2012 finals if Bosh didn't miss most of the 2nd round and ECF.

That's right.

Forgot about Bosh. The '12 version was definitely better, IMO, despite the mediocre regular season record.

Who are your top 5 great teams in the last 10 years? So starting with the 2006-2007 season?

My list would look like this.

1) 2016-2017 Warriors
2) 2007-2008 Celtics
3) 2012-2013 Heat
4) 2008-2009 Lakers
5) 2015-2016 Warriors

Wrong.

I'd take the 2014 Spurs over the Lakers, Celtics teams...

Wrong

1) '17 Warriors
2) '12 Heat
3) '16 Warriors
4) '14 Spurs
5) '08 Celtics

I think the '08 Celtics, '09 Lakers and '13 Heat were all about the same. I put '12 ahead of '13 because '13 was when Wade started to fall off. He was still an MVP caliber player in '12.

Wrong.

The correct list:

1.) Lakers

2.) Who fucking cares?

Why is that wrong? Leonard was in beast mode, and TD, Ginoblii, Parker were in their prime game... Look it up

The 08 Celtics would house the shit out of them. Those spurs weren't even beating the 08 Lakers.

It is obviously difficult measuring teams that played at different times, but I disagree.

Those Spurs matched up really well with both. They had two very good wing defenders to match up with Kobe, Allen and Pierce they had TD to anchor the defense and they had one of the most balanced offensive teams I have seen in awhile.

Also, remember in the 2014 playoffs, Danny Green was channeling Reggie Miller. Dude couldn't miss.

'17 Warriors is definitely the best I've seen in the post MJ era. It gets a bit muddled after that. '15 Warriors might have been the worst champ.

That isn't a big 3. KD is trying to generate goodwill with OKC fans.

I think the Thunder can be pretty darn good this year. They won't be the Warriors if they are healthy but still pretty darn good. They could get to the conference finals.

The 67 win Warriors were the worst post-MJ champion? You really want to make that argument?

I barely watched the NBA last year. I have no team that I follow hardcore although I do root for the Grizzlies but the NBA needs some level of balance to keep its millennial and post millennial fanbase interested.

The NBA will never be balanced. It isn't possible.

Let me sum this thread up

Durant wasn't good enough to win with westbrook, so he had to run to a team that just beat him and won the championship without him.

So you know who won the finals then? You seemed to have mysteriously disappeared during that period...

Is anybody good enough to win a title with Westbrook?

I doubt they make the conference Finals. It is possible though.

Still. Adams as a 3rd in a big 3? Big 3 implies 3 stars. Adams is a solid player, but definitely not a star.
