That's fine, but you said he writes for Bleacher Report as if you knew who he was.

My advice for a niners fan who lives outside of the Bay Area is to keep tabs on the local media. There are some really good journalists here, minus the Cohns and Kawakami. Also, recently Ann Killion has been talking out of her ass. Not sure what changed because I really liked reading her stuff growing up.

Edelman would be a nice addition if they used him enough.

Purguy, I live in Brooklyn, but I'm from NorCal. Follow Matt Barrows, Matt Maiocco, Eric Branch. They're the best of the Niner Beat reporters. Cam Inman is the beat guy from the Mercury. He's solid but the newer of the beat guys.

If it were between Thurmond and Edelman I think I would prefer Thurmond. Nicks might cost us Crabtree or Iupati next season.

It's more than just Brady, but Brady has a LOT To do with his success.

I'm a little wary of going after marginally talented WRs from teams with HOF QBs. What's wrong with Quinton Patton?

Exactly. When is the last time a wideout caught a pass from the slot in our offense? Obviously, that is an exaggeration, but i think it is less the talent at the position as it is the coaching.
