Julian Edelman to visit tommorow. Also interested in Nicks

Niners are being proactive in case they're not able to resign Crabtree after this season. I still want them to draft a WR in the 1st or 2nd round. Maybe Beckham or Moncrief to replace Crabtree in 2015. Edelman would be the ideal slot receiver that the Niners need.

Don't really get the Edelman thing. I think Patton would serve well in the slot as our #3. As far as Nicks- he's represented by that Jay Z crap, so have fun getting a decent deal for him.

Draft isn't until May. Rogers' salary comes off the books June 1st. That should take care of the rookie class.

Sheesh. I pound my fist in excitement at some news I can finally live with but it's attached with somebody I couldn't want less on the Niners (Edelman). And in the end Nicks will probably go elsewhere. I don't see a great fit with Edelman to say the least.
