Have you heard Jerry say that the kneeling needs to stop for any specific reason? Has he said it needs to stop because it is anti-American? Or have you just heard him say it needs to stop?

I've only heard him say that it won't happen on his team, that people will stand for the Anthem. Sure, it's hypocritical to not take off your hat for the Anthem after that but I haven't heard him claim it is for any single reason. It's all because he wants all the money he can get.

Aside from being attention whores, kneeling NFL players are factually incorrect. White people are killed in total confrontations with cops at a HIGHER PERCENTAGE (both totals and percentage) than blacks are. Table 43 of the FBI database proves this. The percentages are very close, but whites are killed at a higher rate.
