Problem with using these metrics.
Bridgewater is a different QB since coming back from his injury. (maybe learning from brees as well)
So I see him head & shoulders above Mitch.
Maybe. He only threw for 153 yards per game in his 5 starts last season. All wins, but he wasn't the impressive part of the wins.

im no math major. But not a single start was 153 yards
and you can actually see him getting progressively more comfortable with each start

Avg yards per start is 241. Its only 92 yards off per start.

Thanks. I looked at it wrong. I see they divided his yards by the number of games he played in which was 9.

Well....there is a reason the Bears are interested in Cam.
Yea, Pace has had a knack for picking up players who are injured or become badly injured shortly after signing.

Honestly though, with the 2 moves they made so far, (LB & TE), the Bears do not have the cap room for a Cam Newton Contract if he's healthy. I'm not certain he is.

The Bears just traded for Foles.

Yup, just saw this right after I posted. Think Foles is due $15m this coming year. Cam wants $20. Kinda prefer Foles to the current Cam. This could work for the Bears.

Kind of, yes, in that they won't take the hit for his signing bonus which saves $6m off the top, but he is still due $15mil this year. The talking heads are saying the Bears and Foles have agreed to restructure, for whatever that means.
