Are you trading out of that number one pick?
You have your franchise QB already, there is no special RB this year and you have a lot of holes up and down the roster so do you :

Trade out picking up extra picks this year and next

or standing pat with it and take the 7 picks now

Vote and explain

They don't have a lot of good talent right now... They need to trade down... They need quite a few new starters...

That is a seriously talentless team in the desert. I think even thought the QB class is pretty weak, some teams are gonna start moving up for Haskins and Lock. It's gonna really depend on how many teams are really all in on Haskins and how many teams they will try to leapfrog to the top, given that the top 3 in the draft right now all have their QB. Oakland is the first team where you may question the QB position...maybe.

At the end of the day, if they can get a major haul, they should make that trade and plug up tons of areas. Then if SF is drafting second, they can just take Bosa and call it a day.

They should look to trade, but it wouldn't be horrible to take the best available in the draft as they sit. Depends on their board.
As a Colts fan, I was very happy that they traded down from 3 to 6 and still got the player they wanted most (Nelson). They also got 3 2nd rounders from the Jets.

I'm just not a fan of Rosen, haven't been for some time before he was drafted. They drafted him top 10 so you give him more chances obviously. If you keep the pick you draft Bosa to go opposite of Chandler Jones but it really depends on what you could get for this pick?
What are their biggest needs from a Cardinals fan perspective...OL? Weapons for Rosen?

They have to go offense. Their Oline is trash, and the weapons aren't much to talk about even with an old Larry F. and D. Johnson. Even if they went defense, they've geen gashed up the middle so a DT is probably more of a priority over Bosa.

Besides.....Bosa should be a Niner.

I would think so. If they do fire the HC, I would start with a new offensive minded HC that can help develop Rosen and then build around him with a good oline. Don't want to create a Jim Plunkett situation with Rosen

Last I looked there were two defensive players projected to go up top.

I just don't see Bosa going past #1...but I do think the best option is trade back and try get as much as you can on offense.

Raiders are at 4 ( as of today have three picks in the 1st this year)

Jaguars are at 9

Dolphins at 15

Redskins at 16

Don't forget the Bucs (Winston?) and the Broncos.

Yep, they have to go with Rosen for at least another year. It may be hard to pass up Bosa, but he may be the bait they need to trade back for a haul. They shouldn't trade out of the top 10-12 though. Get a premier pick and some extra 2nd and 3rd rounders. They are not in horrible shape with the salary cap, so if they draft some O-line help in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, they could make a decent step up in 2019.

I think if Carr isn't traded this offseason they give him another season to prove himself.

The Jags, Dolphins and Skins could be fighting for Haskins and Hebert.

If the Cards take Bosa (and I don't think they would), then SF can control the draft....and I would love a trade back in that scenario.

The next couple drafts could determine a lot for this team...and offseason moves. If they are a swing and a miss on their draft picks this year it could be bad, very bad. 2019 is a key draft for them...kinda like the Browns this past year. They hit on Mayfield and Ward and the future is looking bright.

Seller's market. Cards picked a good year to tank for O.

Honestly it's the Raiders to me that can help the Cards, they move up to one giving the 4th to the Cards,
Chucky could say screw it on the QB to get Bosa or someone else defensive that shoots up the charts after combines,

So now there sitting there at 4, someone can easily pony up to get that QB (49ers and Jets have their QB's)
