losing those players noted above are mostly on both Lewand's and Mayhew's asses. kicking the can down the road, failure to manage money properly, giving extensions or restructures at wrong time or too much $$$ involved or to wrong players. taking risks on players they should've known better. blowing present and future draft picks (no splaining needed, you all know)

After last years success I figured it would take a near disaster to be fired. 6-10 with the early schedule I figured would be enough. I don't see them playing .500 ball till the end.

I had them sitting at 2-3 or 3-2 with some luck after those games. So, yeah I can see being 6-5 after that could do it. Why having the Ford family as owners scare me. Truly they shouldn't get the chance to keep their jobs.

I also feel now if Martha or JR cleaned house before the seasons end could be noticed by some GM's or coaches who otherwise wouldn't have anything to do with Detroit. Could show they want to win unlike old man Ford.

I don't think there was any way to keep Suh unless we were the highest bidder. Fairly could have been kept, but they did not want him. George of the Jungle is the guy I wanted to keep. He has had a fast start to this season already.

I am saying 7. 6-10 even after an 0-5 start is still only 6-5 the rest of the way. Maybe 6 saves Mayhew, but the fact that Caldwell has shown he is still clueless probably will get him canned for sure with less than 7 wins.

You act like this is a rational franchise run by intelligent people. Daryl Rodgers couldn't even figure out why he hadn't been fired yet. Wayne Fontes had the nickname The Big Buck because so many media people were hunting him/trying to get him fired. 95% of the football world already thought Millen should be fired, and they gave him an extension. Didn't he survive a whole 2 seasons after the "Fire Millen" signs started showing up. Another year after the "Millen Man March?"

That old bitch has even started thinking about firing Mayhew yet. She's still trying to figure out why the jerseys they wear look blue when she goes to the games, but appear white if she's watching on TV.
