Eagles will likely have two early 1st round picks to shore up their defense and team as there's no QB worth taking top 5 let alone top 10 this draft.... then have a lackluster season while getting your early draft picks up to speed (PLAY THEM ALL, get them experience) and snag a QB with the 2023 draft, and go...

Eagles are in a position to get strong quick, just need to play their cards right. Hurts is not the answer IMO but I don't have a crystal ball, so might as well waste a couple more seasons seeing if it is as you build up the supporting cast to a high degree where it's a 'Mac Jones' plug and play situation.
