That's true but how much is Philly wanting to let him go and still pay him? That is in part what I mean but un-tradable. Now if he restructures with a new team that is a different story.

Yeah, Philly's asking price could be way high but I think they have to do something. He will never be good in that situation and the team has basically screwed themselves with that extension. If they believe Hurts is better, they need to get out from under this Wentz thing as soon as possible or it will just get worse.
