Now I have to wonder why no 1st rd picks for their Super Agent never told a team to pound sand when teams exercised the option since the option isn't part of their contract.

It is part of their contract. Never denied that. But like I said all along it’s a 4 year contract and Bus Cook took the time to verify that. But I don’t expect you to say you were wrong on this one argument. You just can’t do it and I don’t know why?

So it's part of the Contract? The same thing I've said from the jump.

I'll ask again. Just cut and paste your email body, and Cooks reply. No need to include any email addresses.

That’s the same thing I’ve said from the jump as well. Never once did I say the 5th year option isn’t included.

But you said I was a fucking idiot for saying it’s still a 4 year contract. Thankfully I got one of about 20 agents to answer me and proving I was right.

I think it might even be cathartic for you to just say, “Well damn. I guess PE1 was right”. Just like when you ripped me for saying Beasley is mediocre. He then had a great season and I said “I was really wrong. He’s shifty, has phenomenal hands. He is a lot better then I thought”.

I’ll post it later if @PhoenixEagles1 wants me to. I don’t want to on my phone. I’d like to black out personal email addresses

Thanks. You can totally post it. I’m not good with posting screen shots and deleting parts (email addy). Make sure you include Cooks email so they can verify. Thanks for your help.

Now let’s drop this and fight about Centers or Wentz.

You kept insisting it's not part of the contract.

What an asshole. I get proof from an elite agent and you go the homophobic route. I know you weren’t man enough to just say, “My bad”.
I guess Bus Cook who is a top 10 agent in the NFL sucked dick in college too.
You really are a sad case. Just simply can not say my bad. I have proof and you go the aggressive homophobic route. Sad. Board is pointless
It is part of the contract but that doesn’t make it a 5 year contract

Still no proof. You’re full of shit

@PhoenixEagles1 let me see if I understand this.
I and many other have said all along the option is part of 1st rd picks contracts making said contract into a 5 year contract (4+1=5). You on the other hand have said it's a 4 year deal and admit the option is tied to said contract (4+1=4)

Is this right?

You kept insisting it's not part of the contract.

That is absolutely not true. I agreed it was over and over and over and said “Just because it’s part of a 4 year contract it doesn’t make it a 5 year contract” That is completely untrue.

OK, answer this.

How many years are 1st rd picks obligated to the team?

That is correct. It’s a 4 year contract with an option to extend. I don’t know why I’m still explaining. It’s over. It’s a wrap. This fucking idiot, retard, mentally deranged fool was correct and right all along. When I emailed Bus Cook I didn’t sway him one way or the other. He said, and you will see when SteelersPride posts it that he said, “All rookies sign 4 year deals. First round picks have a team option for another BUT IT IS A 4 YEAR CONTRACT

Derrrr. 4+1=4. Durrrrr

What I said and what Bus Cook confirmed is that it is indeed a 4 year contract and the option does not make it a 5 year deal. It’s a 4 year contract... but I know you’ll never admit you were wrong. You’ll just say something like, “Hahaha, you’re an idiot because I made you email agents”.
