Stealing your material? Are you some sort of stand up comedian? What the fuck kind of criticism is that? Besides, the point was that you don’t know anything...not to make fun of the fact that your father is also your uncle.

And if you’re going to reference Goodfellas, maybe you shouldn’t use a line that pretty much immediately got the dude who said it killed.

Get your own material retard. Getting mad and reusing my jokes will get you nowhere. Have your sissy fit somewhere else, I don’t like it.

Sure. If Foles wins another super bowl, that would be a really terrible spot for the Eagles to be in.
Didn't infer in any way that it would be a bad situation (other than possibly crushing your cap next year), I said it would create a dilemma going forward. It would be interesting to watch if the cycle repeated itself to see if Philly still attempts to portray that the team is better off with Wentz. Obviously it isn't going to happen so it's a moot point...

Sure, it would be a real dilemma...either go with a two-time Super Bowl winner or with a young QB who looks to have some pretty good potential. What a dilemma, indeed.

Wentz was not “meh” this year at all.

He has been more meh this year. Eagles fans have been calling the station about this throughout the season. Like I said, stats aren't bad but his play on the field hasn't been where it should be.

I think most expected last year to be his career year and that we wouldn't see that again. I think this year was more indicative of who he is as a QB. He is good, but not great. I think you can easily make a case that he is in the top 10 or at least right around there

That’s not an agenda... I’m telling you who the better QB is. Do you want to bet? You think Philly dumps Wentz and resigns Foles? I’ll bet you Philly agrees with me and chooses Wentz.

Ummm....that tune is actually starting up. Fans are saying trade Wentz for multiple firsts and build around Foles. I don't agree with it but it's starting to gain steam.

I saw this year as a throw away type year coming off of a major injury. Really no way to tell until he's fully healthy which I thought was a big mistake bringing him back way too soon. For me, next year at full health will tell me if he can put up numbers like last year, read the D quicker and take less sacks getting rid of the ball quicker while under pressure.

That’s fine but the fact is he supposedly has ANOTHER injury. This one is potentially worse than a ACL injury. Why? An ACL injury can fully heal. Lots of QBs have played well after ACL surgery. Back problems never fully go away. You can injury your back reaching for something in a kitchen cabinet.

I suspect it’s not just the play of Wentz that’s fueling the discussion about building around Foles. I suspect it’s his injury history as well.

Your post above is great... if he’s not injured this year. If he’s not injured and you wanna gamble on him because of his potential ... that’s a decision GMs make every day. Ignoring his injury history though and taking the philosophy of “let’s see how he does next year” is leaving out a big variable.

Trolls!!!

This chatter was just a storm cloud a few weeks ago when Foles beat the Rams and now has turn into a full fledge storm with Foles possibly saving the Eagles season with a win and a Vikes loss. Also fueled with added comments by players that the offense has run smoother with Foles under center.

I think the FO will restructure Foles contract to keep him around in case Wentz's gets banged up again plus he seems happy to be living here in the area. Also, they don't need to give Wentz an extension for at least 2 more seasons to see if he can stay healthy and put up those numbers from last season.

With their current cap situation I don't think its possible to keep Foles. If they do it will take a whole lot of other cut and restructures.

Foles takes less money which I think he seems fine in doing. He's happy living here and retiring here. Of course if a team throws the brinks truck at him, then he'll probably take it.
