Ok.. I didn’t get 36. I made a mistake in reviewing the box scores and ascribed the wrong half total in one game to the Eagles. STILL though the sample size YOU choose is not equal therefore it’s not apples to apples AND if you remove the game against the Giants Wentz numbers are significantly skewed. In fact, they drop about 2 full points. Anyone who studies statistics would call that an outlier. He had ONE good first half against the worst team in the division and one of the worst in football. You think that’s cherry picking? It’s not... it’s analyzing and exposing your bogus numbers.

Again, are you seriously saying the Eagles did not get off to slow starts this season. That this point has been addressed multiple times by the head coach and Wentz himself?

Eagles under Foles 3-1 and fighting for the playoffs.

Eagles under Wentz 5-6 and left for dead.

the thing is if you actually watched and understood football you can see that the eagles struggled scoring early with foles as well so when you make up a fake number that they are scoring a lot with these phantom touchdowns, for someone who actually watches and understands the game what you say doesn't make sense.

Recognizing a statistical anomaly and DISCUSSING it is not “cherry picking”.

Cherry picking is taking a stat like QBR (as opposed to other stats) and comparing it to guys like Kurt Warner to try and bolster Wentz. THATS cherry picking.

Lying would be saying something like “the eagles averaged 10 points in the first half of games when Wentz plays” and that NOT being true. You wouldn’t do that, would you?
