Eagles scored 30 for only the second time this entire season but STILL the Wentz fanboys cling to the narrative that says he’s phenomenal!!

He WAS last year. He was bad year 1 and has been average this season.

In all seriousness Wentz has to be sweating his ass off. If Foles does some hero shit again it's going to be really god damn tough to sell a realistic Philly fan on Wentz getting a huge deal . Shit itd be tough to sell a normal person on him getting his starting job back .

The reality is Wentz has had one really good year and 2 completely mediocre seasons . He's 23-17 as a starter and his numbers are good not great . If Foles gets this eagles team to the playoffs and wins a game or two that pretty much proves the team is good enough to win with a lot of different guys under center so you don't need to pay Wentz a boatload to be that guy

Has PE1 admitted he was wrong yet? It's the least he could do as a man.

You know he won’t. Oh, he’ll call others out but he won’t do it himself.

He shouldn't get a big deal regardless. Even if you think Wentz is "the guy", there's a case to be made he's too injury prone to sink long term money into. They should just franchise tag him until he proves he can stay on the field for a whole season.

No he wasn’t. He was exposed as riding the coattails of a SB caliber team when the team had success without him.

Oh, and he wasn’t a whole year he played. It was more like 3/4ths so please don’t say he phenomenal last year. He didn’t play enough to earn that label.

Thats something you’re going to have to relearn after this year.

And before you go blah, blah, blah, blah, blah Cardinals, I already know. Decades. I’m immune to all of it.
blah, blah, blah after two decades of dominance I think I'll be fine.

I don't see NE falling off a cliff. Sure they may not be as dominant but with the BB system they should be competitive.
Case in point this year. Pats are going to the playoffs yet everyone is claiming this is the end. Most fans would die for their team to be playing as bad as NE has, yet are still going to the playoffs.
