I believe he was referencing the insider trading debacle. His error was capitalizing the letter "B", although he may have done it for emphasis (in which case, no spelling error in his post). Of course, his logic is flawed since almost every member of Congress involved in the hearings had insider information and made lots of money......wait a minute, this is a sports discussion....me bad!
