yes pre poll RPI, Iowa is now up to 18, Wisconsin, Nova, ISU all stay the same, didn't check anyone else, but essentially Iowa with 3 losses has lost to 10, 6 and 3 in the polls...gotta love it, all of us suffered these last 5 years and this is huge for any Hawkeye fan to get back to this point.


I just want to see this as consistent, this a special team but we need to see this out of next year's team and beyond as well.

I agree, and think that we will. Fran has built a lot of depth and continues to do so, everyone is getting quality minutes that will step in next year.

bitter much? Maybe your team lost at Wisconsin because your coach threw a temper tantrum.

Bitter much...no! It is obvious the officiating in that game was highly questionable. But that point alone is not what caused Iowa to lose at Wisconsin.

Iowa lost at Wisconsin because they couldn't hit their numerous "bunny shots". If Iowa had made those shots...Wisconsin gets blown out!!!

Iowa converted most of those point-blank shots against Ohio St...and got the win.

I really am not thrilled with the schedule that only has games once a week, seems too spread out, wish they had a Wed game or something

interesting first half with White and Marble doing virtually nothing, thought that 2nd foul on White was horse hockey, but...nice job Oglesby, for a guy who I was so hoping wouldn't shoot last year to the kid on fire so far this year.


Minny got a lot of fouls in the first half, we need to make free throws and stop their 3 point shooters and we have this easily

Momentum continues to build. Nice to see Iowa play a decisive second half after a rather slow first half. Tough to beat this team when 5 guys post 10+ points.

Here's hoping:
- McCabe can make a few 3's every game from here on out.
- that Clemmons needs to keep the faith. His minutes continue to shrink with the play from Oglesby.
- that refs continue to make the calls that gets Iowa to the freethrow line where they are deadly.

Throw out the hopes for a .500 B1G record, I've officially got my sights set on a top 2 or 3 finish now. I hate to say it but seems like Oglesby is a huge factor to the offense lately, when he's hitting 3s it seems like Iowa's offense is so much better. Olaseni has been coming up big too, not sure what we'd do without him right now.

What a tough conference, just tough game after tough game....Michigan up next.

Michigan favored at home by 1.5 to 3.5. As you'd expect. Hawks have played tough on the road this year so far. I expect a close game with Iowa coming out on top by a couple as long as we hit our FTs.

I think Marble has a career night tonight trying to stick it to Michigan yet again. Iowa 92 MI 88, Marble has 38pts.

IF...Iowa makes their point-blank shots...they probably win EASILY!!! If Iowa misses too many point-blank shots...we all will be nervous until the game ends.

I'm looking at Utoff having a big game. White also has a big game tonight!!
