Hardy taking a physical tomorrow for Dallas.

That's SOP whenever a FA visits a team (taking a team physical is standard operating procedure), doesn't mean that he has already agreed to sign. There is a lot of team optimism here because insiders believe that Jerry won't let him leave the building after his physical in morning....nor should he.

He was on the list and missed every game but one last year. How does it work that he gets suspended when he comes back? This thing with Hardy a bit different because there is no proof of what he did. Correct? It's still a she said she said.

He was found guilty by a judge, opted for a jury trial as an appeal, agreed to a civil settlement and all of a sudden the victim stopped cooperating with Police...

Fish from the fan was just on. He absolutely agrees with me about Hardy and AP. This team can not only afford them both, but can sign other players as well by just moving around some salaries. He also believes (as I do), that securing AP automatically makes this team NFC favs to reach the SB, and that "he would give up a 1st round pick for AP in a heartbeat"....those were his exact words.

:suds:

Now, who do I side with on this?...a bunch of messageboard wannabe GM hacks, or an Emmy award winning reporter?

You decide.

I'll go with the people who aren't completely delusional. See now I'm back at N5. He always found someone that agreed with his point of view even when it was completely unrealistic and bordering on reflective of someone that's never watched the sport and touted it as if it meant anything too...the simple fact he never grasped was you can always find someone even more "qualified" (quotes because it's asinine to think his opinion holds any more weight) to say the opposite of this so called "expert"

No it's not. Players don't always take physicals when they come for visits.

I have decided and your a message board GM wanna BE 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your not Jerry or Stephen or Will McClay nor is anybody else

Like we said earlier you opinion is no more relevant than Mine or Mike Fishers or anybody else

What they can or will do is unknown until it's done

Hardy is 1 thing AP is a whole different piece of business

And it's not just moving around some salaries as you say its major restructuring

Don't Break you arm just yet AP has not went anywhere

Completely missed anything about a judge. My drooling is affecting my ability to search the internet properly.

Someone said it on the NFL board. I didn't even know NC had a rule that allowed that myself

Guess you need new sources Swami

Exaggerate much?....oh yes, I forgot you do here. I still haven't seen any reports where the Hardy signing is already considered a "done deal"?? Been listening to insiders like Fish from the fan (who has access to team officials and actual negotiations, unlike some ESPN reporter), say all night that they are hopeful and expecting to close the deal possibly today.

You really need to learn the difference between the two you know "swami", and not just go off a single ESPN assumption as your standard for accuracy. Is it very possible that Hardy signs with them today? Sure.

wonder how the dinner with him and team officials went last night. we might find out this morning.

They said it was VIRTUALLY a done deal, meaning their sources with Hardy and the team both thought it would get done. Maybe you're the one who should find other sources if your "insiders" got you started on the AP to Dallas bullshit

Hill is now reporting that @Rosenhaus, you know, Hardy's agent, is saying that Hardy will make a decision later today between the Bucs and and Cowboys? Doesn't sound "virtual"....semantics now? :thumb:

ESPN reporting Hardy to Dallas is virtually a done deal

Easy to make ourselves look dumb here I guess? You're also missing the point here (once again). You attempted to make my counter-point to your initial post appear or seem silly, when it has so far proven to have some merit according to recent reports.

You do a pretty good job of that on your on. Talk to me when Hardy signs his deal with the Cowboys today, which will happen if his physical checks out
