If a ball is within 2 inches of your hand, it is CATCHABLE.
It would not be an easy catch.

But, we have seen Odell Beckham do it with worse.
The high angle throw made it seem like it was 15 feet above his head, but it was an optical illusion.

it jsut about grazed his hand.
Without the contact possibly interfering with those extra 2 inches, he can probably reach it.
