Definitely agree. He's still a good player, but when your role goes from #1 guy carrying the ball 20+ times every game to role player, you know you need to change.

Working out won't do anything if he eats a pig for breakfast, MCy d's for lunch and Crispy cream for dinner. He hast to be pushing 265 lbs now.
