Geno, You should be happy that even being a shitty QB is a gig that can pay quite well. And had you not mouthed off at the wrong time to an NFL LB. Perhaps you don't get your jaw broken and you'd have more starts as an NFL QB. Which very likely would've just hammered home the point even more that you're a shitty QB, but still fortunate to be in the position you are today.

Yep, the guy was the biggest tease. When healthy, he was capable of fantastic performances.

He outdueled Brees in one of his last starts as a Viking. He got hurt in that game and only started one more game that he had to leave at halftime because of that same injury (Keenum got him the win that night).

I know we aren't talking about black quarterbacks not getting a fair shake when we have a guy in Cleveland that got the richest fully guaranteed contract in sports history and basically been suspended for the entire last season and probably this season. There are plenty of 2nd round white QBs that pretty much never see the field. What isn't talked about is how good back up QBs have it in the league. As long as you don't bomb when they put you in (let alone actually win the game) and have a good reputation around the league, maintain physique, be willing to mentor young QBs you can be in the league for 10-12 years easy collecting checks and only holding clip boards and going out for coin tosses.

Colt Mccoy, Jacoby Brissett, Ryan Fitzpatrick, the list is endless of back up QBs making good money for doing minimal work no other position gets that luxury.

I would definitely argue black coaches not getting a fair shake what happened to Brian Flores getting demoted from a head coach with a winning record to a linebackers coach is an atrocity and Eric Bieniemy not getting a head coaching job is ridiculous.
