If players are not prepared for the game and are not benched, it is on the coach
If the players are not prepared and the assistant coaches do not know, it is on the assistants.

If the players are sabotaging - you are watching "the longest yard" not the Patriots.
It could be some of both. If players aren't engaged and looking for the in play changes then it's up to the coaches to remove them, and it's on the players to begin with if they are disengaged.

If WRs are looking at the QB and he ntaps his wrist indicating a specific play, why would they run downfield and not a crossing route? Would two WRs both not know a signal that they must have practiced?? I deleted the game so i can't go back and recheck. Or did Mac ""think"" he tapped his wrist and do someth8ing else instead?? The play was botched by either the WRs or QB. No doubt. I'm sure that the media will review it and sure in hell call someone out.

Joke last night on NBC Sports Boston.

When Henry and J. Smith ran into each other the Boston media called it the $40 million dollar accident.
