ESPN power rankings (preseason)

ESPN's preseason power rankings were just released. According to them, we're dead last in the NFC West:

Rams #15
Seahawks #19
Cards #21
49ers #26

How realistic do you all feel these rankings are? What do they really reflect, besides the prejudices of the ESPN writers?

i expected us to be even lower? not because the team is devoid of talent, but mainly new coaching staff plus little time to install. the installation (details, fine tuning, efficient adjustments at the line) might go into the regular season?
