It makes it a little more baffling that fans were so outraged he got benched last season. Usually people get tired of losing year after year. I was an extremely loyal Mcnabb fan but was ready to move on when the time was right. And Mcnabb had a better career passer rating than eli despite cratering his last couple seasons.

There was a report that they were more interested in trading for a safety and receiver than a RB. I don't love the RB situation but if Corey Clement and Darren Sproles can get healthy they can probably survive with a three-headed monster of Corey Clement, Wendell Smallwood and Darren Sproles.
