Tape from 2018 ... not bad; I see why Pitt wanted to keep him.
Apparently it was a false report ... Darby is not back with the Birds. The report was a 1 year deal for around 8 mil
Poorly sourced. All I saw was “according to another NFL player”.....nope.
If something like this becomes reality I’m ok with it. He simply needs to stay healthy. He either does it now or he never will. I’ve been watching him since FSU....the upside is totally there to be a really good CB. As long as he can stay on field.
This is one of those moves I'd be ok with (if the report would have been true) or I'd be fine with is he signs elsewhere.

8 Mil is hardly a prove-it deal.

Something to keep in mind with Darby ... let's say he has a solid year and gets a nice 4 year deal out of it. We now just bought ourselves a possible 3rd round compensation pick.
Not that this was ever an issue for the Eagles for those who know Roseman's strengths, but here's a breakdown of our cap space today (approximate value):
Eagles cap space update heading into the second week of NFL free agency
The point being, I found it quite humorous to see the brainless media outlets keep reminding everyone of what dire straits we were in headed into FA, and with a few smart moves, we are now in the Top half of the league for most space!
Long live Howie Roseman!
I like this guy. He's a solid player and it's a 1 year deal.WE got another safety, to replace Corey Graham. Adds depth to the position. We'll still draft a young safety.
Andrew Sendejo, Eagles agree to 1-year contract
Blount steamrolled him in the playoffs 2 years ago. Watch the video.
