Cousins needs to be traded somewhere that he is not viewed as a team leader. If he can be the second option behind a great player with high character and quality leadership traits he will have a chance to develop into a great player in his own right.

Right now he is floundering and has nobody to show him the light. Cousins is a frustrating blend of talent and immaturity. He needs a strong locker room culture.

Here's a crazy one. OKC and NOP would each also throw in picks for SAC.

• Kings officially blow it up - ship out Gay/Coustins & get a couple expiring contracts and some draft picks
• Thunder get to pair Cousins with Westbrook, while holding onto Adams and Oladipo

Getting 2 injury prone guards and an okay center won't help, but if they get enough high draft picks it might be worth it. Boston seemed like the best option when it came to getting young players and picks, but after they signed Horford it's less likely they're interested. -23 wins though, that's impressive.
