Marty was quoted as saying the coaching staff was their secrect weapon in the Philly series. That this is the best coaching staff he's seen in a long time, that they are constantly making adjustments and simply outcoaching other teams. To get this close, and to be surrounded by a good nucleus, a great coaching staff, and the fact that we can afford to pay him good money makes me think he will return.
