I did get an e-mail from BC Provincial Health on April 30th that included the following:

Do not book an appointment if you have already received your first dose through the B.C. community pharmacy vaccination program or any other program. You will receive another notification when you are eligible to book your second dose.

I guess we'll wait and see what happens first, I get an e-mail to book my second dose or the pharmacy program starts taking reservations for a second dose

Only roughly 350 people dying from COVID a week. They should at least encourage masks in public places. That's really not a big deal and very easy to do to protect others.

If alligators were killing 350 people a week in Florida, they would certainly advise people to stay away from the edges of ponds and lakes. And I'll take a wild stab and say that would be considered an emergency.

I feel like there are just as many people who are saying he's been TOO strict with regards to the Covid-19 restrictions as there are people who know he's bungled this and done next to nothing. He's losing his base. To whom I have no idea but the right wingers here are up in arms over the "lockdown" that Kenney has implemented. SPOILER: There has been no lockdown.

All you have to do to capture the essence of Alberta these days is look to the protest rodeo that gathered more than 2000 covidiots in Bowden this weekend. And Kenney waited until the second, and final, day of it was over to make any sort of condemnation. Such a tool.

Oh, Alberta has also had the greatest GDP drop of all the provinces since the pandemic began. And yet I'm not sure he'll lose the next election. That is if his own party doesn't eat him alive.
