Would be interesting to see if the Pistons can move Reggie Jackson's expiring with a few teams possibly looking for a PG.

Would almost rather they try to move him and roll the dice with Ish Smith and draft a PG at 15
God, I would love to see jackson moved, but the Pistons so overpayed him that it is hard to see soemone absorbing that even on an expiring contract.

One thing one should bear in mind, is that this trade isn't over just yet... It isn't impossible that there is a third team that may get involved, or that a team which has many picks in this draft isn't willing to throw one in the deal, or have a separate one with one of the teams.

That said, it is highly rumored that the Sixers were sorry to loose Ilyasova to the Bucks last season instead of locking him.

I didn't read any of this but I still question it.

But I haven't called you brainless... I only stated what the brainless do...

Maybe the Sixers will trade Ben Simmons to the Bucks to get Ilyasova back.

Yeah. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a max contract offer from some team.

I am president of the Brogdon fan club and even I think that would be a bit steep.

Probably what it would take for a team besides Milwaukee to actually land him though.

Because if I am the Bucks, I am matching 4 years 80 million without second thought.

The max contract for Brogdon would be 27.5 mill. Not THAT far off from the 20 you are talking about.

Brogdon was 50/40/90 last year. That is pretty rare. It's only happened 14 times ever.

For the Bucks that 7.5 is a lot. Spread it over 4 years and it's 30M but if the Bucks are trying to stay under the luxury. Plus that would mean they would be paying Middleton 30+, Brogdon 27.5 and then Giannis supermax which would be 50/year. 20 would be a bargain in the long run.

He is a terrific player. Great defender also.

But that is too much for me. Also don't think the Bulls have the cap space to make that offer.

Brogdon is a role player. One of the very best player role players in the NBA, but it is hard to build a winning roster with that much money tied up on role players (unless you are already there, like the Bucks are).

I'd pay the Brogdon deal at 20m per if that's what it needs to be. I wouldn't pay the 5 year 191m for Middleton...if somebody wants to pay that 4/150 for him...good for them...but I just don't see the value at $38m per year...that is just to much for the 2nd banana...

As stated above, I'd pay that happily vs Middleton's max...gleefully

Either way, neither of those deals seem all that "team friendly" to me...what about y'all?
