The league is overly protective of the Pats -and these chickens will come home to roost later in the season. What does the league do with the same situation later in the season with no bye week available?

Actually tested positive today. But yeah on the bright side gives Lock and Fant an extra week as well as our other 300 injured players.

I assumed Miami had the same bye week as us - but nope, they don’t. So have no idea.

maybe having a real owner might help not to be taken advantage of...

They could extend the season a few weeks to a month if these outbreaks continue....

I think the issue is that another player tested positive today, so the odds are high that a player on the Patriots could be playing in the game on Monday without testing positive yet but could have the virus? Thus, it could be a bad idea to have the Bronco play. But....

I don't know but I know last week when the Saints had a player test positive after getting off the team plane the game went on. When Falcons rookie CB AJ Terrell tested positive prior to the game, the game went on. The Titan are a bit of an exception because they had such a big outbreak. The Patriots? Who knows! Seems like they whined a bit and got their way. Jason McCourty made a comment yesterday about the NFL not caring about them..... Well.... You can always opt out if you don't like it. Seems like one team follows protocols and one doesn't and one is punished for it while the other is probably sitting at home thinking "Thank god we get an extra week to get our two stars back".

Chiefs strength and condition coach tested positive. You can be sure he was around the majority of players wihtin the last few days. I don't see that game getting postponed.

The Patriots have a star QB test positive a week before the game who has been in self isolation, a star cornerback test positive 5 days before the game who is in self isolation and another player test positive nearly 40 hours before a game, yet their game gets cancelled? I don't think they can change the Super Bowl date - that leaves one week for make up games. Also - if a makeup game has no effect on the playoffs - probably won't be played as a makeup.
