I wanted to predict a blowout, and I worried about a let down. We had a couple elements of both. 5-3 feels amazing for this team right now.

Sutton also needs to keep his hands around the ball too.

Solid team win. Broncos are building momentum and confidence. A couple of really tough road games coming up. I think our team will split the two. That would be a huge win.

Two tough road games followed by a tough home game against a Falcons team that as of now also appears to be building some momentum. So it’s a tough road ahead these next 3 weeks!

Not a perfect game but a good win nonetheless. Bo is looking more and more comfortable in the offense. This team is moving up. The next 3 games are pretty brutal and I would be happy going 1-3 in that stretch.

1-3 in a three-game stretch? That's like magical!

Pretty sloppy game by the Broncos. A lot of missed tackles by the defense giving the Panthers some opportunities and then on offense the darn turnovers.

Really good game by Nix. I don't think it is even a debate that this was his best game as a pro and it honestly should have been better. Sutton not fumbling as he tried to break the goal line. LJH with his fumble as they are driving. Couple of bad drops on deep throws. Mims not looking back for the throw when he is open and Nix trying to lead him to open space to hopefully make a man miss and score at the end of the half. So the fact that he still put up the numbers he did with all of that is impressive.

Also glad to see the TE's finally doing something. Good catch by Trautman and overall just as a unit they had their best game.

Couple of players that disappointed...LJH of course but Javonte is another. Missed some cut back lanes that were open and instead ran into the pile. Just felt like this was a very bad vision game for him which has been maybe his biggest issue as a pro.

Same thought. The Broncos could have won this game much better. Really this game was about Bo Nix playing so well and the rest of the team playing pretty average. I thought Javonte looked super slow this game and LJH can do no right in my eyes sooooo. ;)

Trautman played great. Other then the fumble Sutton played great.

Side note: I said this when we signed him and I love Justin Simmons but other then leadership we got the better S at this point of their careers for far cheaper in Brandon Jones.

When Reynolds comes back from IR I wouldn’t be shocked to see us cut LJH and keep him gone

Good win against a dumpster fire of a team missing a ton of players............. Not going to ready anything more into it than that. The next three weeks will tell a lot about this team.

I think we just cut our losses and bring someone else in.

Highly unlikely. Lil J is a Payton pet. Love Payton but he is well known for having his own pets like Lil J. He had them in New Orleans and that hasn't changed in Denver. Just something to get use to. Unlike Elway making decisions he doesn't cut cords when they start to wear out. He has his guys just like most other coaches. Lil J is one of "those guys", he is on the PS at worst this year... I hate that we cut Brandon Johnson and Jalen Virgil for this guy and give him more reps then Marvin Mims.

Honestly, I would MUCH rather AT Perry on the field then Lil J. Lil J can block. I will give him that... He isn't horrible it just really bothers me that we kept him and give him reps over a lot of the other guys mentioned above. I would rather David Sills on the field then him too.
